Announcing this quarter's winners of the My Flooring Warranty® Spotlight Awards!

We're presenting the award to a single Service Provider, Retail Partner, and avid Facebook follower on a quarterly basis!

Each winner will receive a $100 American Express Gift Card accompanied with a beautifully inscribed acrylic plaque, and the national recognition of being an outstanding member of the My Flooring Warranty® family!

How are winners selected in each of these three unique categories?

Service Partners: On the front lines everyday are our endorsed My Flooring Warranty® service providers, the foundation of this program. The selected winner must demonstrate the highest level of "relationship" building skills and techniques. Supporting their retail partners in the administration of this program is also central for this award.

Equally as important is their demonstration of creative positioning of the My Flooring Warranty® program to current and prospective retail partners. Providing feedback to our staff that identify new solutions for presenting and utilizing the My Flooring Warranty program are also most valued. Your direct influence with your retail partners in growing their businesses, and the stories attached to these experiences are perfect avenues for this recognition.

Retail Providers: From across the country we select a single outstanding retail partner who exemplifies the best execution of this program for the last quarter. A retailer who utilizes the program to its fullest extent while consistently demonstrates the value it brings to their store and their individual customers. A high level of participation in the warranty entry process is a key factor in qualification. Consideration for unique marketing pieces referencing their participation in the My Flooring Warranty® program, and creative employee motivational promotions are all additional opportunities for this recognition.

Facebook Fans: You must be either an enrolled retail partner (or employee), a service provider partner (or employee), or a recognized industry leader to qualify for this recognition.

We are looking for fans of our Facebook page that go above and beyond with their interactions with us on Facebook. "Like", with encouraging comments and demonstrating support for new partners, with a healthy dose of comical bantering between colleagues is always entertaining. Pictures of service providers and retail partners utilizing the program, and customer success stories utilizing the Spot and Spill Service Warranty are all sure ways to get noticed. Being engaged with our community on Facebook is what it's all about at My Flooring Warranty®.
